Mi experiencia es muy positiva. Utilizamos Hrider para el proceso de evaluación de desempeño en nuestra organización y ademas de ejecutarlo con gran calidad, nos han acompañado en todos los cambios que hemos querido implementar asi como en la exportación del modelo a otros paises

Pros

Lo que mas me gusta de HRider es el trato humando que hay detras de la herramienta. Además de ser muy potente y en continua evolución. Cualquier adaptación que necesitemos estan siempre dispuestos a estudiarla y valorarla.

Nada que comentar en este aspecto ya que el trato que recibimos de Hrider es exquisito, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y nos acompañan en todo nuestro proceso de desempeño

La Herramienta es super adaptable y muy fácil de gestionar pero lo mejor es la disposición y servicio que nos da nuestro consultor asignado.

de momento no encuentro nada, creo que la aplicación es muy potente y el trato con las personas es perfecto.

Contento con el trato, con el servicio y con la herramienta. Creo que podremos seguir así durante tiempo intentando que la colaboración sea mutua.

Pros

la atención al cliente y la flexibilidad de la plataforma son dos de sus puntos fuertes. Además al tratar con el creador final eso ayuda a conocer al 100% la herramienta.

Cons

Quizás el ser un módulo unico de encuestas. Me gustaría que estuviera englobado dentro de una suite o ERP más global de RRHH para tenerlo como parte de un conjunto integrado.

Muy buena, super contenta con el servicio, son muy eficientes y proactivos en dar respuesta a cualquier incidencia que podamos tener como cliente. La flexibilidad de la herramienta, puedes ajustar casi cualquier apartado de las evaluaciones y encuestas. Se va adecuar al modelo de casi toda institución o van a encontrar alguna solución en el camino El servicio de las personas asignadas, desde el contacto inicial con la personas comercial hasta el soporte actual con \[contenido sensible oculto\]. Es decir, te atienden rápidamente y de manera cordial en todo momento, asimismo, te plantean soluciones

Por el momento todo nos está gustando pero es verdad que no he explorado aún la evaluación por objetivos.

De Hrider me gusta todo. La herramienta es super buena, intuitiva, te da millones de opciones para adaptarlo a tus necesidades y especialmente el trato amable, cercano, super rápido de la persona que tengo asignada a mi proyecto. Es de 20 sobre 10

Muy buena experiencia. Cada año contamos con HRider porque el resultado siempre es excelente. La herramienta cumple plenamente con los objetivos que nos marcamos como empresa: es muy visual, intuitiva y fácil de utilizar. Además, la atención personalizada por parte de los managers es inmejorable. Destacamos especialmente la capacidad de adaptación a nuestras necesidades y la mejora continua de la plataforma, que nos ayuda a optimizar procesos y a tomar mejores decisiones en gestión de personas. Sin duda, un partner clave para nuestro crecimiento.

Pros

Excelente experiencia con HRider. Destacamos especialmente la atención personalizada, la amabilidad del equipo y la apariencia tan cuidada y visual de la plataforma. Es muy fácil de usar y siempre se adaptan a nuestras necesidades. Totalmente recomendable.

Cons

Por ahora no tenemos ninguna pega con HRider. Como propuesta de mejora, nos gustaría que los bloques de los modelos pudieran colocarse de forma masiva, respetando sus características, en lugar de tener que hacerlo uno a uno en cada modelo. Esto ayudaría a agilizar aún más la configuración.

Mi experiencia con Hrider ha sido muy positiva. Es una herramienta bien pensada, sólida y alineada con una gestión moderna de personas, que aporta orden, claridad y coherencia a los procesos de RR. HH. Destaco especialmente la sensación de acompañamiento y mejora continua, así como su utilidad real en el día a día profesional. Sin duda, una solución que suma y facilita el trabajo.

Pros

Lo que más valoro de Hrider es su enfoque práctico y orientado a la realidad de las organizaciones. La herramienta es intuitiva, clara y muy fácil de usar, tanto para quienes gestionan como para quienes participan en los procesos. Destaca especialmente la capacidad de estructurar información compleja de forma sencilla y accionable, lo que facilita la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento real de las personas y los equipos.

Cons

En algunos, pocos, momentos, me habría gustado contar con un mayor nivel de personalización en ciertos apartados o con más opciones avanzadas para adaptar la herramienta a necesidades muy específicas. Aun así, son aspectos menores que no afectan al valor global de la experiencia y que, además, tienen un potencial claro de evolución.

Mi experiencia con HRider después de aproximadamente 5 años es muy buena, es altamente recomendable trabajar con ellos.

El programa en general es bastante completa, pero sin duda lo que más valoro es la atención que tienen, cualquier duda se resuelve sin problema.

Como indico anteriormente en términos generales me gusta mucho. Como aspecto de mejora lo haría algo más flexible.
