Mi piace l'immediatezza dell'interfaccia sia nel PC (MAC nel mio caso) sia nell'Iphone. Il software è stato adattato alle esigenze dello studio soprattutto adeguandosi alla metodologia di archiviazione delle pratiche e ritengo che le potenzialità non siano ancora state del tutto utilizzate.

Da tempo cercavamo un sistema per migliorare la circolazione dei documenti fra clienti, operatori ed ufficio nel rispetto delle normative ISO ma comunque facile da utilizzare. Abbiamo trovato la risposta in questo software e soprattutto nelle persone che ci stanno tuttora supportando.

La condivisione dei documenti necessari per la nostra attività in modo rapido e senza bisogno di usare una marea di carta

Siamo riusciti a catalogare tutte le attività che prima venivano perse e la gestione dei pacchetti a contratto è eccellente.

Il prodotto ci ha aiutato a raccogliere e gestire in maniera più efficace le teleassistenze. C'è la possibilità di personalizzare le attività e di raccogliere i dati di ogni cliente

Cons

Abbiamo riscontrato alcune difficoltà nella gestione delle attività multiple di teamviewer, ma abbiamo trovato il nostro metodo e il supporto sta già lavorando ad alcune migliorie in merito. Mi piacerebbe che le finestre utente siano più personalizzabili a livelo grafico.

Una cosa davvero molto utile è la parte degli incarichi e delle commesse dove poter gestire note appunti, foto e attività collegate. I listini sono utilissimi in fase di capitolato anche complessi. La gestione dei clienti associata alle attività.

Cons

Il fatto che voci di capitolato non possano diventare voce di un listino. L'app dal telefono ha troppo poche funzioni. Sarebbe fantastico poter fare le.stesse.cose.don app e web!

da quando uso takeoff ho dei preventivi professionali e sempre disponibili su cloud, inoltre è diventato più rapido effettuare i preventivi e i consultivi delle commesse

In generale il prodotto è facile, veloce e ottimo da utilizzare e soprattutto l'azienda ascolta senza preconcetti richieste e consigli, cosa più unica che rara nel settore informatico.

Pros

Al contrario di molte altre aziende, Takeoff ha sviluppato l'integrazione che ci serviva senza chiederci anticipatamente nemmeno un centesimo. A risultato PERFETTAMENTE ottenuto hanno comunque avanzato una richiesta economica più che adeguata (persino ristretta ai miei occhi). Questo ci ha permesso di usarlo fin da subito nel nostro flusso marketing.

Cons

La app non permette di vedere molte cose visibili da desktop è un po' limitata. Anche la parte di fatturazione è ancora un po' scarna rispetto ad altri software e per questo per ora non l'abbiamo integrata restando sul vecchio software.

Grazie Federico per la recensione. Son felice di sentire che siamo stati utili. Sul fronte App ti confermo che non vuole essere la controparte mobile di tutte le funzionalità disponibili su web, ma uno strumento che aggiunga automatismi dove possibili e faccia trovare informazioni rapidamente senza accedere ad un pc. Per quanto riguarda la parte amministrativa è un ambito che per noi gioca il ruolo di ciliegina sulla torta: è la giusta chiusura del cerchio degli ambiti commerciale e operativo su cui abbiamo il nostro focus principale, e seppure cresce di giorno in giorno non vuole rivaleggiare con ERP ben più strutturati su quell'ambito con cui invece preferiamo integraci e far colloquiare le 2 soluzioni.

Per una struttura piccola come la nostra è fondamentale avere strumenti flessibili e veloci. Ottima la soluzione per i preventivi: creati direttamente nell'app, e approvati online con firma digitale. Davvero comodo.

Cons

Purtroppo non dà la possibilità di tracciare le telefonate su iphone... ma io vivo in ambiente apple non posso passare ad android solo per questa funzione.
