February 19, 2026 5.0 I use TimelinesAI to integrate into my business WhatsApp. I have this WhatsApp hooked into my CRM system and also ChatGPT. This means that anytime I receive a message on WhatsApp, a record is entered into my CRM system to follow up with that enquiry manually. However, the ChatGPT integration means that WhatsApp most frequently will have a communication with that lead and gently guide them towards booking a discovery call with me. when the lead is ready, TimelinesAI (integrating with WhatsApp) then sends them a booking link. I also use TimelinesAI with my Meta ads. Because TimelinesAI has a Zapier integration, I can ensure that every time a new lead comes in from a Meta advert, that lead is sent an immediate WhatsApp message and a conversation is started. It makes such a huge difference to marketing, using immediate responses like this. Pros Reasonably simple to use and integrates incredibly well with my Pipedrive CRM system and also ChatGPT. This isnt easy to manage - it requires you to enter your messages in a fiddly JSON format and let to fails. Not able to save messages on the app. Misleading on the amount of messages that can be sent. Doesn't seem to sync identifiable data like names to the app, which makes it difficult to use.
