Sería bueno que empezaran a contar con asignación automática de chats, algún sistema de reporting y algunas configuraciones automáticas. Pros Su integración en tiempo real con pipedrive, es fácil y rápida. Así los agentes no tienen como intervenir con la herramienta, solo tienen que chatear y gestionar. Cons No hay un sistema de asignación automática de chats a los agentes disponibles. Las notificaciones del celular y de timelines no están sincronizadas, es decir; si en timelines ya está leído el mensaje, en el celular sigue como un whatsapp sin leer. Cons Que no se ve un orden, es decir cuando envía el cliente se registra todo bien, pero cuando subimos los archivos y si seguimos hablando con el cliente y envía más imágenes todo se mescla.
