Fractional COO Management Consulting Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Best bang for your buck on every metric" October 28, 2021 5.0 Love it, have used it for years, only wish they also had an iOS version (have to use toggle for those users, not NEARLY as convenient or easy to understand) Pros The most important feature is its ease of use. I use it not only for my company, but recommend it to ALL my clients. Easy to use and understand across 36 different industries (and counting). Cons Only minor downside is that the free version does not backup to a cloud source, so if you lose your mobile device you've also lost your data. Not a problem on the paid version. Pros Simple & reliable. I like the simplicity and flexibility of it. The backup possibility saved my life a few times already. I also like the reporting capabilities and also used the export for generating statement of work for my clients. Cons Nothing really. Would be good to be able to set different currencies for the different projects. March 4, 2025 5.0 Great tool for freelancers and also to validate time at work, Clicking play on the widget to start the day is also very facilitating. Pros As a freelancer, I could set automatizations so the timer would start on a project when I was connected to a client's wi-fi. Keeping some traces for expenses was also a great way to remember what to bill. Cons I like beine able to export in excel, but in the last upgrade, weekdays got messy and it now shows that I am working from Sunday to Thursday... dont remember if I could change it... but makes it harder to follow stats. Pros I like how easy it is to use. I also like that we can keep track of hours, see whos working on what job, and see what projects are active and inactive. Using timesheet makes my job so much easier. Employees can also use the App on their phones to clock in at any offsite jobs. Cons There is nothing I Dislike about Timesheet. I use it on phone and PC. All of the 6 min contacts never got billed until I started using this. Time keeping is painless. Cons I wish a had more control over formatting the exported reports.
