Fractional COO Management Consulting Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Best bang for your buck on every metric" October 28, 2021 5.0 Love it, have used it for years, only wish they also had an iOS version (have to use toggle for those users, not NEARLY as convenient or easy to understand) Pros The most important feature is its ease of use. I use it not only for my company, but recommend it to ALL my clients. Easy to use and understand across 36 different industries (and counting). Cons Only minor downside is that the free version does not backup to a cloud source, so if you lose your mobile device you've also lost your data. Not a problem on the paid version. Reason for choosing Timesheet Most comprehensive free version, which makes it much easier to suggest/insist my clients try it. Review Source GN Gaspar N. Pros Simple & reliable. I like the simplicity and flexibility of it. The backup possibility saved my life a few times already. I also like the reporting capabilities and also used the export for generating statement of work for my clients. Cons Nothing really. Would be good to be able to set different currencies for the different projects. March 4, 2025 5.0 Great tool for freelancers and also to validate time at work, Clicking play on the widget to start the day is also very facilitating. Pros As a freelancer, I could set automatizations so the timer would start on a project when I was connected to a client's wi-fi. Keeping some traces for expenses was also a great way to remember what to bill. Cons I like beine able to export in excel, but in the last upgrade, weekdays got messy and it now shows that I am working from Sunday to Thursday... dont remember if I could change it... but makes it harder to follow stats. It's free! I love that it offers back up of data so that I can save things offline and restore onto a new device Cons There are a lot of really good features that I just don't use because I don't need to go into that level of detail with my time tracking Reason for choosing Timesheet Sometimes you get lucky and find something that works right off the bat and you don't have to try several different products. I may have tried others, but I really don't remember what they were because it was obvious very early on that they weren't going to do what I needed them to do, whereas timesheet straight out of the gate was exactly what I needed. You have all your records saved in it. Any time you can download and send it to anyone is very easy. I am using it since more than 4 hrs i think. Pros There is lots of pros. Almost everything is good. I didn't see anything bad. You need to give as much as info to get good results. App is very easy to run. Cons None. I didn't see anything bad at all. I am happy with it. Automation on the same day desired. Pros The possibility of use on the PC but also on the cell phone are very helpful. Different colors per project help to avoid wrong entries. Cons It often happens to me with subsequent entry that I adjust the date when entering the time at the start and this at the check-out the date.
