j'ai pus réduire le SAV de 40% et plus depuis 3 ans.

Pros

j'ai longtemps cherché des solutions de chatbot mais aucune ne convenait ou était trop complexe à mettre en place. le plus de kwalys est le coté évolutif c'est pas qu'un bot mais un système de question réponse trè spoussé

Cons

on pouvait pas envoyer de sms au départ mais la fonction a été ajoutée aujourd'hui on a plusieurs bots dans plusieurs pays européens et ça marche de manière automatique

le prix et le service d'accompagnement pour mettre en place le projet. en 4 mois on avait un arbre de décision complexe et robuste. nous avons mis en place la FAQ au fur et à mesure elle répond à plus de 2500 questions à ce jour
