"More things to improve"

**Overall:** Very limited when it comes to contractors, especially for cases like ours, where we're hired as contractors but receive the same benefits as regular employees.

**Pros:** Customizable Contracts and Services The platform allows for flexible contract setups, making it easier to hire both full-time employees and contractors globally. It tailors agreements according to the local standards of the countries involved.

**Cons:** As Remote manages onboarding processes across different countries, it may take longer than expected, especially if legal complexities or unexpected regulatory challenges arise. Slower onboarding than initially anticipated. No customized set up for contract signatures, support response times can be slow, especially for time-sensitive issues.
