### "Great Employer of Record solution for complex setups"

We are super happy with Remote, we don't have that many hick ups than we had with other vendors in the past, no payroll issues etc.

Pros

We are using Remote as our EOR product. We have been working with other vendors in the past and have to admit Remote stands out compared to others in terms of - customer service (super fast and efficient, and always reliable) - easy and intuitive platform, makes employee management easy - competitive price offering for a great product

Cons

\- the switch from our previous vendor to Remote could have been smoother. Not saying that this was Remote's fault, but there are so many things to consider when moving from one vendor to another, that some things slipped through.

Remote was a great switch coming from Rippling, our company started using remote to ensure our payments would arrive on time and invoices were easily generated using remote.

Pros

Remote app is very user friendly. It provide specific timelines of payment once it is being processed. You can link your bank account thru Stripe for withdrawal. Invoices are easy to build with tracking number and other fields remote helps you with. Being an offshore employee in Colombia, remote has helped get all my payments on time. Notifications when payments are approved, processed and paid.

Cons

Sometimes the email you receive for the notification seen on the app does not arrive at the same time.

Pros

I can process payroll easily by managing my employees through email notifications. It is very secure and the learning curve is easy to manage

Cons

In the beginning, there were some bugs and issues that I managed to get around. hence, I mentioned that the learning curve is easy

Very limited when it comes to contractors, especially for cases like ours, where we're hired as contractors but receive the same benefits as regular employees.

Pros

Customizable Contracts and Services The platform allows for flexible contract setups, making it easier to hire both full-time employees and contractors globally. It tailors agreements according to the local standards of the countries involved.

Cons

As Remote manages onboarding processes across different countries, it may take longer than expected, especially if legal complexities or unexpected regulatory challenges arise. Slower onboarding than initially anticipated. No customized set up for contract signatures, support response times can be slow, especially for time-sensitive issues.

### "Brilliant support staff and AM - Great platform - very little to fault! "

Excellent. From both an employer as well as an employee perspective. Set up was super flawless (again GREAT AM that from day one 3 years ago are still the same people). Super fast help. Same for the Global Payroll module. Loving the new Beta HR advisory function and the cost calculators.

Pros

Easy to use, very intuitive platform and loads of resources you can tap into. But what makes it THE best platform for me is the very steady (little turnover) Account Management team, Payroll team and the speed and way in which tickets are being handled.

Cons

I would love for us to be able to run all of our entities and EoR via Remote but due to some restrictions with us already using Gusto in the US this is not possible at the moment.

Overall they are professional, their turnaround times with questions is usually very adequate. They give proper researched answers and are pro-active in solution finding with queries.

Pros

Remote has a no nonsense approach. They operate balancing professional and practical, to best service both the employees and the employers. They legal support team is super competent.

Cons

They cannot always offer full flexibility and for that reason we couldn't move an employee in NL. As the Remote pension wasn't flexible, so the employee would lose net salary. which they didn't accept so we got stuck in NL.

the overall experience until now is not positive at all, to many difficulties in the transition from the previous system (Factorial HR) to remote lack of a structure onboarding, there's a lot of support from the team but infos are not structured in a efficient way compared to the previous experience, the feeling is that the product needs huge improvement to be able to provide a good user experience

\- integration of two differents countries payroll into one unique tool with the same processes and procedures - cost calculator

Cons

\- constrain about the capacity of aligning counters of the time off - impossibility to manage autonomously several elements even if using admin profile - reports: lack of customize reports ad hoc autonomously - workflows: possibility to send only emails (or slacks)

Pros

The platform is very user friendly, the support team (the Remote team in general) is very quick to help effectively, their product team takes the feedbacks seriously and makes the necessary adjustments to meet our Company's needs.

Cons

The payment due date ))) I would extend it for a couple of days. And the platform fee for EORs is a little pricey.

Amazing -- I am not sure what we would have done had we not found this global employer of record service. Our team is growing and travel for those on board in our home country is significantly reduced.

Pros

Remote has enabled our team to grow globally, hiring amazing people without the worry and cost associated with creating a legal entity. I have reached out many times with questions and have found the support available to be very extensive and knowledgeable, even on some very specific enquiries.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything, I have encountered no problems with the platform or the support offered.

Remote has been a game changer in having a workforce outside of the US. They offer competitive benefits and are easy to work with.

Pros

Our Client Success Account Manager has excellent response time, as well as proactively understanding our business needs. He is proactive in partnering with his product team to make enhancements that also benefit our team.

Cons

It is a significant investment and would like to see better pricing as our team grows. Their pricing is a little wonky to me in hiring by teams of 15; versus a team price with different quantity sizes.

Overall very positive but the fees that they charge are higher than other companies and this is something that is becoming a challenge in the current market where there are new companies in the EOR space offering similar products. Employees like it though and it is easy to use as a manager/admin.

Pros

Easy to use. Great customer support. Personalised help when needed and employees get good benefits through the platform. Also good is that they dont use third parties to hire.

Cons

Fees. Yearly fees cannot be transferred to new employees! Very inflexible compared to other EORs.

Pros

We have moved all our 3rd party team members over to Remote from other providers. Remotes portal is super easy to use, requires literally no training. When I've needed specific help, the people at Remote have been quick and helped to solve my problem. I would definitely recommend Remote

Cons

It's only a very minor thing. There's so much you can do on the platform. I'd quite like to be able to remove options that I know I'm not going to use, so make it simpler for me.

PESIMO Servicio al cliente, llevo 1 mes detras de ellos pidiendoles que revisen mis desprendibles de pago, y su unica respuesta es "estamos trabajando en eso, disculpa la demora". Su unico medio de comunicación es por correo electronico y la dirección que aparece en Colombia, pertenece a otra empresa, lo cual es muy sospechoso.

Remote has made it tremendously easy to work with our out of country employees. They handle almost everything and keep us updated on anything we need to know or approve.

Pros

Easy use for our out of the country employees.

Cons

We have not terminated any employees with Remote, but we were informed that we would have to give plenty of notice if we were going to work with them to give a severance. This has not been an issue, I just have not used the process yet.

Overall the user experience is is good. I like the past response times overall

Pros

Its easy to use, add or remove team members. The customer contact is really fast. Quick to set-up and onboard new team members.

Cons

Sometimes when you have a question I did not receive the answer I was looking for or the reply was not send to me. This happened only once or twice so not too bad. If would be nice to have Remote connected to the accounting software.

I think Remote is generally a good solution. Over the past 6 months, Ive seen improvements around UI on the platform. There's still opportunity to improve some of their internal ways of operating.

Siloed information and operations that create delays at times.
