I like the time it is going to same me for travel as well as the support we will be able to give each other.

Pros

I am the only SmartLab Facilitator in my state, so I love how easy it is to collaborate with other SmartLab facilitators all over the country! We are able to easily share videos and files with each other and ask questions for better understanding!

Cons

I felt that the goal setting area was confusing and that I was thing the same thing over and over. I thought I had selected when goals were completed, but I would still receive emails letting me know deadlines had passed. So I'm not sure if I actually filled them out right or not.

Great experience.

Pros

As a coaching candidate at GCPS, we used this software to submit videos to our lead coach, showing our coaching moves. This software was so easy to use. All I had to do was upload the video, add some comments, and I was done. Added it to my team huddle and I received some great feedback. Just a great program and easy in the time of COVID is exceptional for educators.

Cons

Couldn't find a thing wrong - it even lets you edit the length of your video in the program! Come on, no one does that anymore! THANK YOU!!

I use this as part of a group of teachers to see how others approach the virtual classroom and implement best practices. A good way to improve at something is to watch yourself doing it and have outside parties also tell you what they see, this allows us to do that in a virtual environment.

Pros

It is pretty painless to upload and comment on others videos. Especially in the situation we are in now, this is a nice way to be able to help each other improve.

Cons

It is a little convoluted to actually upload a video to a huddle, the workspace could be organized better

Pros

Sibme makes it extremely easy to upload content and have multiple group members have access to it. I like that it easily lets you comment or take notes on videos. Reflective teaching is made easier this way. I also really like the "huddles," which makes collaborating really easy!

Cons

Uploads can take a long time to process, but I am sure this has more to do with internet speed than anything.

Pros

I love the option to be able to receive coaching through this platform. Once the videos are uploaded you can immediately see how you did.
