I use Lucidspark for project ideation, and for interactive project reviews. It is an important time saver that ensures that I am on the same page with my project stakeholders.

Pros

I like that I can work in tandem with everyone in my project group together and simultaneously, to map out execution plans for assignment project tasks and deliverables. Whether it be user research, brainstorming or project visioning , Lucidspark puts everyone on the same page .

Cons

I find that Lucidspark is not dynamic enough for me. It does not support user generating statistical graphs or charts that can be edited..

A great tool that has increased our teamwork and collaboration across our company, and improved our staff's understanding and compliance with new process flows

Pros

We have used Lucid for over 4 years and have found it to be an incredible tool for mind-mapping and creating valuable process flows for our business. Lucid features a strong approvals feature, allowing us to track progress of each document we created, ensuring all of our stakeholders collaborate and agree before finalising the document. Lucid is a competitively priced application, offering great value for money with a huge amount of pre-made templates and shapes.

Cons

The customer support is often too intrusive, pressuring for further licenses and warning about the security of the users.

I like lucidspark because it is more flexible when drawing diagrams compare to lucidchart, also drawing are more smooth too.

Pros

Lucidspark is a total game-changer for project collaboration, making it feel like my team is in the same room even when we're miles apart. The features are surprisingly intuitive, especially the way it lets us turn a messy brainstorm into a structured plan with just a few clicks. It’s a massive productivity booster because we no longer waste time trying to translate "whiteboard photos" into actual tasks. While it’s not the cheapest option out there, the value for money is clear since it replaces three or four other clunky tools. Honestly, it’s the best investment we’ve made for keeping our creative momentum alive.

Cons

If lucidspark can provide a better AI way to generate diagram, that will be great, or have a template for use to use.

It has been okay for the price point it’s been set at though I do wish there was more meaningful integration of multiple screens windows or inputs such as a computer and laptop

Pros

I like how fluid the use of the whiteboard is for visualization of math concepts and helps improve some learning techniques of students who rely on the visual cues

Cons

Importing files to access on the whiteboard can be difficult and leads to weird sizing orientation or quality of the file

Very positive. Has helped us to collaborate and share ideas and brain storm far more effectively. Works great for our hybrid teams.

Pros

Its quick and easy to build ideas, diagrams and helpful to communicate especially for remote and hybrid teams. The quick ability to go into the "Lucid" mode to draw more complex diagrams and images is great. The team exercises is a brilliant features that helps collaboration massively.

Cons

Permissions and sharing is complicated and it isn't always clear which is the best way to share. Not everyone in our organization has lucid and its sometimes tricky to collaborate. Its possible but you have to use a specific share mode (with password) and so that can cause friction.

We were already using Lucid for diagraming and the integration with Lucidspark made it a Lucidspark a better option with greater value for money.

Pros

Lucidspark is a great app. I use the app for personal use and the documents are very secure, my data hasn't been leaked. I personally haven't had to use the customer support, but I'm sure its great. It's effortless to manage my projects. The features are very diverse and work as intended. The collaboration is by far it's best feature, works extremely well and has little to no bugs.

Cons

The subscription price is ridiculous, $108 per year. The worst part about the subscription service is that they limit you to three separate whiteboards on the free plan. That is redundant, how are you supposed to use this for work-related purposes on a free trial, for those who can't afford such a fee?

Switched from

[Whiteboard Fox](https://www.capterra.com/p/203481/WhiteboardFox/)

The software for Whiteboard Fox was extremely glitchy and would delete your whiteboards after a period of time, while lucidspark does not.

Using Lucidspark is a dynamic and engaging experience, especially for teams focused on collaboration and creativity. The platform offers a flexible digital canvas where users can brainstorm ideas, map out processes, and work together in real time.

Pros

Lucidspark is an intuitive, cloud-based virtual whiteboard that enhances team collaboration and brainstorming. It allows users to sketch, organize, and refine ideas in real time, making it ideal for remote or hybrid teams. With features like sticky notes, voting, comments, and templates, it supports agile workflows and creative ideation.

Cons

Despite its strengths, Lucidspark may be overwhelming for new users unfamiliar with digital whiteboarding tools. Its rich feature set can lead to cluttered boards if not managed well, reducing clarity. Performance can lag with large or complex boards, particularly on lower-end devices.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Integrates with all my company software seamlessly. Love LucidSpark!

Pros

User friendly. Easy to integrate with draw.io code file. I thought I would have a difficult time as my diagram was ion a draw.io file, but I just upload the file and LucidSpark did the rest! Highly recommend.

Cons

There is absolutely nothing I would change or recommend to make this a better user experience. LucidSpark is the best.

Pros

I think while it wasn't the most intuitive to use at first, the ability to express my ideas visually, and the fact that it is so mouse-optimized is what I like best about it.

Cons

I'd say there's a whole lot of the UI that I don't use just because I don't have a use case for them, I would like to hide them in some way.
