I personally haven't had to use the customer support, but I'm sure its great. It's effortless to manage my projects. The features are very diverse and work as intended. The collaboration is by far it's best feature, works extremely well and has little to no bugs. Cons The subscription price is ridiculous, $108 per year. The worst part about the subscription service is that they limit you to three separate whiteboards on the free plan. That is redundant, how are you supposed to use this for work-related purposes on a free trial, for those who can't afford such a fee?
