Miro is still my favourite, but Lucid is what my client uses. Miro focuses on collaboration and removes the barriers. Pros Whiteboard, and easy to bring people together. Cons That every user has to sign in. Slows the collaboration process down drastically. Miro allows for limited features without signing in. Great for when people do not want to sign in. Also, means we save significant time upfront with big workshops. Pros LucidSpark is a flexible tool, for those who are looking to replicate the versatility of a whiteboard in a virtual environment. Our collegiate team was placed in quarantine mid-season, and we used this software to help run tactics sessions with our players through Zoom. Having the visual tool that was so customizable was so helpful for our players and helped the sessions a lot! Can see myself using this in the future when designing workflows or other diagrams, for both internal processes and product design. Pros Great tool for creating flowcharts or workflow diagrams. Very easy to use, uses standard symbols and terminology. Online/cloud-based so easy to access anywhere. Cons N/A - Haven't used it much to see any real cons. The infinite canvases are great and being able to live present/annonate amongst the team is so useful. I use it for network schemas as well. And it represents a collaboration tool for me and my team. Pros Ease of use is the thing that attracted me most about Lucidspark. Brainstorming ideas within the team becomes interactive and interesting. There are many options for your creativity to be shown. Cons For now, I was not able to find any problem or missing feature.
