It saves time and energy. My team and I are able to brainstorm rapidly. Cons Sometimes it's a struggle to navigate the entire page. The text is too small and alignment is missing. I land up copy pasting the previous elements (templates) to make it work. It's interface is intuitive and the ability to easily share an in-progress document and have multiple people making contributions is incredibly helpful. The addition of Microsoft Teams integration has also made it easy for us to collaborate and reference the charts created in Lucidspark. Strategic Account Manager Industrial Automation Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Doesn't Get Any Easier" June 14, 2021 5.0 I started out looking for a tool that could quickly be created to display processes that need to be defined and it opened a door to other things that were identified needed to be created graphically that would have been done in a much cruder under represented manner. This list is growing to what needs to be created next. Pros I needed a tool that I could use to graphically express the processes, structures, and ideas of what I needed to create sales strategies. It needed to be simple, intuitive, and adaptive. I just didn't have time to learn another software package. Lucid did just that. I easily could create, edit, add-on, subtract, and combine to my projects with out having to read any tutorials, instructions, hunt for tips, or learn complicated keystrokes. Ease of use was it for me. Lucid allowed me to spend more time creating vs. struggling to create. Ideas and structure flowed much easier because I wasn't wrapped up in the "how do I do that" part. Cons I don't have a like least, but I can say i haven't used every that the software has to offer. I think it would be cool to have some AI in the software that notices things a user might be trying to do that is easier done with another tool or specific premade tool. Pros I like how visual LucidSpark is, it is easy to use and easy on the eye. Cons Some things are a bit tedious to use, a bit tricky. The meetings are quicker and deliverables are released directly after the meetings. Pros Really easy to use and customize for our brand. The templates help provide good ideas for places to start with whatever you're looking to create. Cons I'm confused about the connection between LucidChart and LucidSpark. I ended up using LucidSpark instead because I could use more features with the free version, which was an accidental find. Pros I love how easy it is to make organizational charts and how that informs decisions. Cons While overall intuitive, it does take some time to figure out how to use. I wish that it would rollup other data like EBITDA, sales volume, etc. under each leader. For example, if a field says number of employees at a location, I would like to indicate that this field rolls up and have the total number of employees under a leader show in that leaders box.
