La rapidez en la asistencia técnica. Las modificaciones siempre las realizan super rápido

Pros

El soporte es excepcional. Channel manager y PMS son uno, el control de cupos es muy sencillo gracias a su calendario. Tiene un apartado de ayuda donde puedes consultar muchas de las funcionalidades desde el mismo PMS, es de gran ayuda para las recepciones ya que tienen pequeños manuales para realizar cualquier tarea siempre a mano.

Cons

Después de unos meses de uso, no veo ninguna desventaja. Quizás poder controlar, modificar o incluso crear usuarios del sistema, para añadir usuarios o cambiar contraseñas debes contactar con soporte (entiendo que por temas de seguridad, así que tampoco es una desventaja)

En general muy bien la experiencia, no lo cambiaría por otro. El servicio técnico muy rápido y eficaz y la atención excelente.

Pros

Es muy intuitivo y cómodo para un volumen alto de trabajo, trabajes con grupos o con personas individuales.

Cons

Es un poco confuso el planning al estar las reservas ocupando mitad del día de salida.

La posibilidad de realizar checkin con sólo una tablet y digitalmente sin necesidad de imprimir papel.

Que no tenga versión móvil para visualizar búsquedas en cualquier momento.

La experiencia es muy buena, sobretodo en el apoyo de soporte tanto en la configuración inicial como a través del chat que en cualquier momento te brindan apoyo a lo que precisas.

Pros

Pues poderlo usar con tan sólo un día de formación, es muy intuitivo y enseguida estuvimos trabajando sin problemas.

Cons

Que no tengan una versión móvil para el propietario o atención a cliente.

Nos costó un poco la puesta en marcha, sin embargo, el equipo siempre está disponible para ayudar y resolver todas las dudas. Es un gran punto a favor.

Pros

Lo principal es que está en la nube por lo que tienes acceso a toda la información estés donde estés, es práctico una vez lo has aprendido y puesto en marcha.

Cons

Estaba acostumbrada a otros PMS donde en la misma pantalla puedes acceder a todas las áreas que implican 1 reserva; en el caso de Hotel Manager has de ir accediendo a diferentes pantallas para las diferentes funcionalidades, Reserva/Facturación/Housekeeping

lo que menos me está gustando es que a veces la letra se ve pequeña en mi pantalla, aunque todavía no estoy seguro si es a causa del programa o de mi pantalla(cosa que tengo que averiguar).

Desde la demo al traspaso de anterior PMS al actual el equipo de Hotel Manager ha estado al detalle y super atentos en todo el proceso, entendiendo nuestras necesidades.

Pros

La gestión de la información es francamente sencilla a la vez que es capaz de permitir sacar listados e informes adaptados de gran valor para la gestión en distintos niveles de necesidades. La usabilida a diario es francamente sencilla y las posibilidades que permite entre las cuales poder usar en cualquier sitio o dispositivo al estar en la nueve hace que sea una apuesta segura.

Cons

Por poner un pero, el calendario, a mi y mi equipo nos gusta más ver el nº de habitaciones de cada tipo un poco más grande que por ejemplo la referencia de precio.
