Qimaone experience is excellent as it brings inspections, audits, and defect tracking into one system. It reduces reliance on spreadsheets and scattered tools

Pros

Customer support is very good. Qimaone platform is easy to use. Quality management is very good Value for Money

Cons

Everything in Qimaone is good, but some time onboarding the new supplier take time. The interface can feel a bit complex at first, especially for new users who aren’t familiar with quality management systems

Pros

I think Data analysis function is great, it is able to identify suppliers' risk based on the data in the system.

Cons

Supplier names are inconsistent, there are lots of duplicate names in the sytem and make cofused sometimes.

I have had a generally positive experience with QIMAone. The platform offers robust features for quality management, particularly the tracking and reporting capabilities, which have streamlined our processes.

Pros

Mobile-Friendly - Inspectors can use smartphones or tablets to capture on-site data, photos, and signatures.

Cons

I find it frustrating that once items are created, they cannot be deleted. This limitation can lead to clutter and confusion. Allowing users to delete items would greatly enhance flexibility and usability.

Good experience with QIMAone so far but need the system improvements to fit with our needs before we on-board more suppliers to use the platform

Speedy response from \[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\]on QIMAone related enquiries. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very helpful and knowledgeable in answering user queries and difficulties in pilot run and actual environment.

Cons

Some functions and configurations on QIMAone cannot be tailored due to the limitations, e.g. GPS coordinates capturing was not well functioned for some of our suppliers and brand QC users, which affects our inspection reporting and traceability.

Since we onboarded the platform, the system has been keep evolving into more user friendly version.

Cons

Wish there could be more flexibility in housing/integrating tech packs, BOM's etc., other than just uploading the PDF file.
