I found the experience a little bumpy. The overall support response has been good.

Pros

Some components of the system are very well designed, and user experience is well implemented.

Cons

Some modules do not seem to be fully integrated requiring rework. Access control modules aren't as efficient as we'd want.

\-Integración de la información -k2B era la herramienta que necesitaba la organización para tener ese enlace con el resto de los sistemas que manejamos. -Contar con la información contable y financiera en segundos

Pros

Una de las funciones más impactantes desde mi punto de vista, es ver el flujo de mis gastos reflejado en el módulo de presupuestos, así como la información contable y financiera, integrada considerando todas las empresas del grupo, ha impactado fuertemente para la toma de decisiones, es un producto muy fácil de utilizar, es autodidáctico que para mi ha sido súper fácil utilizar.

Cons

Nuestro modelo de negocio es totalmente diferente, al de una empresa convencional y las herramientas con las que cuenta el producto, se ha logrado desarrollar las interfaces necesarias para lograr esa combinación para cubrir todas las necesidades de nuestra empresa.

Pros

A la fecha nos encontramos en proceso de implementación, como Banco todavia no lo conoces en forma integral.

Cons

A la fecha es dificil mencioar que es lo que menos nos gusto, cosniderando que nos encontramos en proceso de implementación.

Ventajas, tener información centralizada.

Pros

La interrelación con otros sistemas. Hacen que el trabajo se simplifique y centrar toda la información en un mismo software ahorra recursos humanos al momento de requerir información.

Cons

El módulo que considero menos completo es el de Gestión de Almacenes, considero que a nivel de información y movimientos de mercadería es un poco complejo.

La experiencia a sido buena, y es una herramienta buena en pleno desarrollo.

Pros

Luego de la implantación pudimos ir adaptando nuestras necesidades especificas a la herramienta, parametrizando y configurando nuevos procesos de negocios. En estos momentos estamos por migrar a una versión mucho mas nueva y esos nos entusiasma ya que actualizaremos a nuevas funcionalidades.

Cons

El mantenimientos y soporte son excelentes pero no nos da total de libertad con la verion que tenemos para realizar nosotros mismos algunos cambios, que necesitamos.

Gracias a K2B se pudieron automatizar muchas de las funciones de la empresa que se llevaban en papeles de trabajo o excel. Un alto grado de control al contar con los módulos robustos para soportar toda la operación comercial de la empresa

Pros

Interface de usuario muy amigable, gran variedad de API's para crear interfaces entre sistemas/módulos. Gran potencial para automatizar funciones.

Cons

No existe gran flexibilidad para afectar la contabilidad de ciertas interfaces.

Mi experiencia de utilizar K2B es la solución a para la obtención de Información Inmediata y toma de decisiones.

Pros

Para nuestro grupo la adquisición del software es el componente que nos hacía falta para la integración de nuestros sistemas, debido a que K2B está hecho con GeneXus y es la herramienta utilizada de nuestros desarrolladores. La utilización del producto es sencilla, K2B vino a integrar los procesos de todas las empresas del grupo, obteniendo la información de forma inmediata es inigualable para la toma de decisiones.

Cons

El modelo de negocio nuestro, es totalmente diferente a otras empresas, K2B se adaptó facilmente a nuestras necesidades.
