Pros We like that we can make our happy-flow stand out by giving it other colours, this is really helpfull and nice to look at when process flows get larger. Another thing that we like is that you can plot two process flows next to eachother and change the filters, this way you can compare two process flows at the same time (A-B testing). For example: one before improvements and the second one after improvements. Cons It's really easy to use the basics which are prepared for you. But when you want something that is not already prepared for you, it's difficult to come up with the correct codes yourself. This is something we need to get better in over time.
