Easy to use visualization tool that is great at showing the interconnectedness of our marketing campaigns and how they influence the customer journey. I searched for a long time for a way to show how many touchpoints users have before buying from us and the process.science tool made it a breeze.

Cons

It can be really hard to filter down to events, especially events without a lot of data. I find myself having to hunt through all the data or use filtering work arounds to get it to display the data I need.

I have to say that the short implementation time in addition to being able to deliver (And show) process transparently to clients is exactly what is needed for clarity on direction.
