Pros

Easily customizable automated collections solution which utilizes multiple communication channels to maximize collections rates.

Cons

Initially there were some limitations with customizing certain features, however, these have since been resolved.

### "Makes collections easy for consumers and creditors"

From the sales experience to operations, the knowledge and responsiveness of the representatives was excellent. Proactive electronic communication and use of an interactive payment negotiation portal was new to us. The Paydit representatives took the time to patiently educated us and provide all the information we needed. The results are exciting to watch and it is clear the product will pay for itself.

Pros

The strategies for when and which Email templates to send have proven to be effective in terms of the percentage of Emails that are actually opened by consumers and the level of response. Consumers' activity can be tracked from receipt of Email through access to and activity on the portal. The reports and analytics are insightful and easy to access. The ability to draft our own templates and make certain modifications to the site, along with the flexibility to set client specific payment parameters on was critical. We also like the ability to develop our own manual campaigns. Consumers can set up a payment arrangement that suits their needs without ever having to talk to a collection agent. On top of all that, the product is reasonably priced.

Cons

It can be difficult to view templates in a holistic manner with the data populated. In ability to track the results of manual campaigns separately from the overall results.

### "Pleasantly Surprised "

Honestly, I've been pleasantly surprised. I was fairly skeptical that it would work to bring in as much as a live agent on a consistent basis but I stand corrected. It has been a good steady stream of payments equal to one of the agents and without the overhead. Customers seems to appreciate it (basically appreciate not having to talk to someone and being able to take care of business at odd hours) and amazingly it has even driven some inbound traffic to the call centers. If you do not have a system to easily take online payments and negotiate with your customers, Paydit makes it very easy to implement and manage.

Pros

Paydit has created another path for customers to make payments 24/7 on their own schedule. It has been easy for customers to adopt and use.

Cons

We had some initial challenges with the integration. The handling for some of the payments did not meet our internal requirements but the team worked with us closely to make the system modifications needed to bring the process in line with our internal compliance processes. It took a bit longer than we would have hoped but it's been a completely smooth process since going live.

### "Amazing Platform"

I love how easy the platform is to use for both our company and the consumers. Also how helpful and knowledgeable the support staff is.

Pros

So many consumers today do not want to speak on the phone. Paydit gives them the ability to view their account and negotiate payments without having to speak to an agent. Paydit has helped us reach these consumers that otherwise would not answer a phone call.

Cons

I wish there was a way to export reports from Paydit to allow us to use the data strategically.

### "24/7/365 Automated Recovery"

We have been a client of Paydit for over 6 years now and the product has and continues to grow tremendously. Paydit has allowed us to grow client and account base without the need to grow staff at the same pace. The volume that resolves monthly within the portal is equivalent to the recovery rate of about 10+ FTE.

Pros

When we first vetted different payment portals the main reason we decided to go with Paydit was the ease of integration with our SQL environment and the overall ability The portal has provided 24/7/365 repayment options for consumers without the need for a human agent and has the ability to perform full negotiations with a consumer via self serve.

Cons

When we started with the product over 6 years ago there were several items that did not meet functional needs for the collection industry and we spent the first year or two working with the team to develop alternative solutions however majority of those fixes have been built into the core platform and are no longer gaps.

Wonderful, it was very refreshing to work with a support staff that was so invested in their product. This has been a very profitable platform for are company and Paydit is always evolving.

Pros

Paydit has allowed us the make contact with more consumers, Alot of consumer today do not want to speak to a live person this Platform gives them the ability to negotiate the terms of repayment without speaking to a live representative. The support staff is incredible they are always available to answer any questions and help out.

Cons

I would like to be able to export the data from the platform to an excel spreadsheet so we could manage it easier and if a customer needs to change a date of a payment they are unable to do so on the platform.

It has been a great experience. We have generated money on old accounts that haven't been touched in years and or consumers that would never answer a phone call or letter.

Pros

It sends thousands of messages and automates all of the correspondence. Their support has been excellent also.

Cons

initially it was difficult to create the campaigns but since i started they have created templates that make transmission of the data much easier.

Pros

The support staff has been out standing. The electronic payment system has been very helpful and profitable to our business.

Cons

Would like to have a quicker ROI. Would like to be able to see what is scheduled for the day.

Pros

Paydit allows us the ability to offer an additional channel of interaction with consumers. Many consumers today appreciate the ability to setup their own arrangements, on their own time & Paydit makes this possible.

Cons

The ability to differentiate initial logins & repeat logins. The need to manually cancel arrangements when consumers want to alter a payment date or an amount.

Pros

Lets borrowers take advantage of a completely automated collection process when the time is right for them.

Cons

Somedays not all SMS messages are sent due to "Paydit" limits

Overall, it is working great. The hardest part is finding and submitting accounts that collectors have stopped working.

Pros

Paydit works independetly, recovering accounts that were not being worked by telephone collectors.

Cons

So far, we are unable to use the No-Cost-to-Biller card processing.
