Pros It really flexible & has feature to create different apps with different functions, that serves nearly any business, and it has some templates that you can use or edit/add more features to, and it could be very useful for those who can use it, or have the patience to & time to learn/create the app. Cons It's not easy as I thought, although I'm good enough to self explore & learn such kind of software, but it needs time to build what you need. This is a very useful tool that, when well managed, can make your life much easier than you think. We were really surprised with the results. We can add/change various fields with just draging and dropping things on the interface. when things get too rough, we make use of a professional. You can export to Excel and do analytics. Also, the integration with other Zoho apps is, as always, very useful and well designed. Cons There are some limitations that can be a little bit bothering, but not a great deal. I was also able to embed the form into my website and receive automated email notifications every time a client or service provider submitted a new request or their details. Pros I like that the is pretty flexible and can be customized to meet the needs of any company. For us, we use this app to allow remote employees working events in retail locations to submit customer and sales data in real time through the app. Cons The app could use a bit more of a cosmetic face lift as right now it is somewhat bland. The app is simple enough to use but can be more engaging for the user if the layout is improved. We ended up passing on this app, as much as I love Zoho. Pros Can be implemented across numerous platforms, and you get to decide all the data that is obtained in a streamlined fashion. Cons It's not as dynamic as I thought - it seems more like a simple form that saves to a cloud DB for further slicing and dicing or retention. Once it's submitted, it's in. Pros I like the concept of being able to create an application within the ZOHO platform, the preset app's work great. Cons The implementation of the custom application is a little more complicated than creating the app. For what I was trying to do, I wasn't able to figure it out, but I do use some of the present apps regularly. It feels like the people at Zoho threw all their products into the blender and Zoho Creator came out. It can be truly valuable for testing a market and gathering information as well as defining processes but odds are you will fell frustrated at first with the steep learning curve, then again when you can't find the exact data types and fields you need. Pros Absolutely no technical background required. You can build an "app" in a few seconds. You can define a process and trust will be very consistent in keeping the order. Cons No CSS or JavaScript editing. No easy way to inject and/or extract information to use in third party software. I created something simple, which worked, but after a demo by a zoho expert I am upgrading the whole system through a zoho consultant. This system seems to be able to do anything (that's the overwhelming part) but if you do your business requirements and use cases carefully it is a great value. Pros Great value. Very simple to start, but super powerful if you need it to be. Cons Beyond the "simple" stuff, if you want to take advantage of all the power of the system you'll need assistance.
