I used to have to use multiple Excel worksheets to track all of the variables involved in this task. Zoho allows me to have all of my info in one place, but I can still create specific spreadsheets on request. Was about to upgrade to $15 per month plan when I discovered that the minimum plan is now $25 per month. I think they made a mistake dropping the $15 plan. Pros This is the best software for creating simple apps on our own for the web as well as mobile without much programming knowledge. It will save a lot of time for those who build apps with programming knowledge. Its price is also low compared to other similar apps to start with. Cons Look of user interface needs improvement. Pros Easy to create functional databases in minutes instead of months. Cons When attempting to get the database forms to perform more advanced functions knowledge of the proprietary database "language" is required. July 27, 2017 4.0 Versatility and ease of use. I was able to start using right away. Pros very intuitive. You can get started quickly and build the application you need. Easy to enter information. There are enough options to be useful but not so many that it becomes so complex that you cannot use it. Cons There is one feature, importing a image into a separate field (a copy of a portion of a pdf file) that it cannot do, but I cannot find any other database app that allows this.
