### "Sam Workshop software"

Sam works very well for me for running our medium size workshop.

Pros

The support you get when there is an issue.

Cons

That it is difficult to change an invoice once it has been invoiced off. Changing the technician's clocked times can waste time you don\`t have when a customer is waiting at the counter.

Reason for choosing SAM

Because Sam was all we needed as we also used Xero for our accounts.

Great.

Pros

The modern touches like being able to text customers when their car is ready for text WOF Reminders

Cons

Unable to edit invoices once finished.

Reason for choosing SAM

SAM was the product our accountant used and has great benefits, so much easier to find suppliers invoices and it keeps all the costs associated to each job.
