Before I went with them, I did a ton of research and everyone else was way overpriced. But Door loop offered everything and was not over priced. Pros Features in the program are easy to use and understand. The customer service is amazing and they are always quick to respond. They are always willing to jump on a call and fix your problem. Software is great but the customer support is even better. Pros It is super powerful while also being simple to use. Cons I think front end websites are coming. That would be great. Also a few more options to track where a unit is in the lease process (ex, rented, vacant, under construction, notice, delinquent, eviction.) These would help us keep track of where units are in the process. December 29, 2023 5.0 Love it, easy to use, great experience. Pros is very user friendly. We appreciate how easy it is to navigate through the portal. Where Yardi does not allow you to completely remove or adjust a ledger or charge, DoorLoop allows you to adjust/remove and backdate a charge with out an issue. The team is also great to work with. They are prompt to respond and will continue to follow up with you to ensure that your issue was address. Cons The financial part of can improve. I would like to have a report that will show me all of the unit owners who remitted payment and when, it is a bit difficult because the payments are lumped in (when we receive payment same day from different owners). When tenants convert to Door Loop they can set up auto pay and avoid being late on paying rent. Cons Matching up the start day with the bank was confusing. Our onboarding people were very helpful, however. The way the different features connect to others allow for efficient use of both time and effort for all users. Pros I like that a customer service team member is always available. I also like that the self help article are actually helpful and the directions are clear. Cons Sometimes navigating through the system can be challenging. There are opportunities to enter duplicate information (files) and it can be confusing.
