It would be days in between responses to tickets via email, with absolutely zero escalation, voice or live interaction support. Possibly the worst sorry interaction I've ever had with a vendor. Pros Migration from a less popular source platform (Groupwise) that had covered lots of features that don't have parity with the source (Google). Cons It simply didn't work for a large number of accounts, and it was atrociously slow. I just connect my two Google Suites together and go through the steps to begin importing pretty much everything from emails, calendar, Google Drive, and contacts. Cons I did not like that even after talking to sales rep, sales gave me the wrong amount of licenses we needed to purchase to complete our project. The lead to me requesting from our finance multiple times approval to purchase the right amount of licenses. Reason for choosing CloudM Migrate Reputable. I recommend CloudM Migrate to anyone who is needing to do any type of cloud migration. Pros The ease of use and great user interface make this one of the best pieces of software to use for cloud migrations. It was simple to set up and configure and the migrations we used it for worked flawlessly. Cons I didn't have any complaints about the software. Everything worked great! Pros The initial setup feature is great, the mapping part serves the needs. Cons Documentation available for administrators is not structured well, the mapping tool needs improvement, analytics has a lot of room for enhancement especially handling errors suggestion.
