Also good that a servicer can communicate directly with the tenant of a certain property which improves efficiency. Cons Some functionality is missing, but is was assured this functionality (specifically relevant for our business) will be built in. This increases property value and makes all parties involved happy (i.e. tenants, property managers and owners). Pros Very user-friendly software. It gives easy access to all users and solves a long existing problem within the real estate market. Cons Facilitee is a young and dynamic company. The software is relatively new and if some additional modules are added this would increase the value added. I understand this is already on their roadmap.
