Pros We are using Backlsh for our remote contract users to maintain the time tracking & Project management as well. Most of the time the users are paid according to the hourly basis & backlsh help us a lot that time as it automatically calculate the billing according to the time spend & generate invoice accordingly. Backlsh also provides advance security feature too. Cons As far as we are using Backlsh we have not faced any such issues. It will be good if they can provide more integration options with third-party tools. Pros We are using Backlsh for the last 2 years & it helps us a lot in managing user activity & time tracking activities. Some of our Projects are hourly-based billing so with the help of backlsh it's easy to manage the billing options of the users & it also automatically capture the activities that help us to maintain data confidentiality.
