Goede service en na eerdere feedback werd er alles aan gedaan om het beste uit de samenwerking te halen. Ook reminders vanuit LGD naar ons toe zodat wij scherp bleven om zowel onze exposanten als bezoekers een top ervaring te geven met de app.

Pros

Snel schakelen met Bas en collega's, open staan voor feedback en eventuele ideeën vanuit ons. Goede support en duidelijke uitleg. Ook voor een digitbeet als mij vrij makkelijk om te leren hoe alles werkt.

Cons

Koppelingen eerder testen/zorgen dat we nog eerder weten dat alles qua integraties loopt zoals het moet lopen. Maar dit al besproken met Bas ;)

Pros

Super Support vor und während der Veranstaltung, intuitives Admin-Panel, tolle technische Möglichkeiten für das Networking, Plattform ist total stabil gelaufen. Event kann sehr gut individualisiert werden und auch mit begrenztem Zeitaufwand ist eine tolle Veranstaltung möglich! Hervorzuheben ist auch der das Projektmanagement-Tool (LaunchAssist), das von LGD zur Verfügung gestellt wird und einem viel Organisations-Last von den Schultern nimmt.

Cons

Kleinere Holperer (normal bei so grossen Veranstaltungen), die wir aber dank des prompten Supports von LGD beheben konnten.

Excellent service from the professionals behind the software. They guide you step by step through the process and make sure you lack nothing.

Pros

Looks great, feels great, sense of humour, but still professional. Good service by the supporting staff

Cons

The threshold becomes a little higher for participants to join the software, because there is a login.

Pros

The app works and does what we expected from it. What stood out was the customer service. Every question was answered in no time. This made the experience a breeze.

LGD team is amazing! They have a very high quality support.

Pros

It's a very good looking platform. Easy to use. There is everything you need to build your perfect virtual event.

Cons

The only thing I suggest to LGD is to improve the arrangement of the banners in the virtual booths.

Have now run three scientific meetings on EventInsight and, whilst it will never replace face-to-face events, the platform allows us to recreate something much closer to the real thing. Importantly, it also allows many more people to participate and have fun using something different to online meeting tools. The Let's Get Digital team are very responsive and we have had fun, which counteracts the stresses associated with these meetings!

Flexibility and control of the meeting environment, support from Let's Get Digital

Cons

Recording is a bit flaky and there are buttons that tempt scientists who love to fiddle
