### "NICE Workforce Management - One of the best in the Market"

Overall experience has been. It's an end to end workforce management tool and it's giving good competition to Microsoft Dynamics 365

Pros

Time tracking, setting up dependencies on task and overall workflow management. All of it is amazing.

Cons

Sometimes when we setup dependencies on other task, it doesn't work as expected. It might be a bug which may have got rectified later.

i can say it is a great tool, has a lot of information that can be useful in our daily duties and our industries. This tool have been more that helpful it is a benefit to have a complete software to manage, monitor and also to coach our agents in our organization.

Pros

I love the feature where i can see the entire project activity in real time. Agents on available, ACW, hold, transferring, break, lunch etc. It is a full view for a manager and helpful tool to identify trend.

Cons

The option to request vacation and change breaks and lunches from agents side it doesn't work sometimes and it is an issue. Worst case , for those who are working remotely.

Overall, NICE is really nice and easy to use. It is organized and effective. The notifications of schedule changes, the easy and simple steps of requesting a time stamp correction, how you can extract the data as needed, and real time management option are all great!

Pros

I like the real time capabilities like when editing an exemption for a specific time stamp, seeing an employee status real time is great as well since you can monitor their activities.

Cons

None, everything is good so far and can be easily updated. All information needed can be extracted and validated.

Esta herramienta ayuda a que los Workforce monitoreen el trabajo de los agentes de call center de una manera mas rapida y obtima.

Cons

es algo complejo de implementar, puesto que cuenta con fallas de compativilidad segun el explorador que se utilice.

Pros

es una aplicación muy completa que nos permite de manera optima trabajar sin tanto problema.

muchas veces según políticas impide la gestión y/o ingreso a ciertas paginas.

I have used this application before and not much changes are made since then. We use this at Mirimus to manage employee information and schedule work.

Pros

Easy to use data and dont need to worry about import and export as its easily managed with this app.

Cons

The UI for this applications should be improved. It fs not user-friendly and feels redundant.
