"A unique system in the marketplace"
Pros: The system was really simple to set up. Once we paid for a couple of paid listings we were able to post the rest of job openings for free. The paid listings generate a lot more candidates then there free listings, but I guess that is to be expected. Once we received enough candidates all we had to do so was swap a free listing in the paid slot and we were good to go. I appreciated that flexibility.
Cons: There is no real candidate tracking. You get the option to capture the basic information, name, number, email, and resume, but that is about it. You can also redirect the candidate to another link if you choose to.
"Really easy to use"
Pros: Everything was simple, once I purchased the paid job listing I started to receive applicants about two days later. This product does exactly what it is supposed to do
Cons: It does take a day or two to generate applicant, wished we were able to get applicants a bit sooner
