It looks slightly similar to SAP, only with a modern design. You enter your hours worked and split it to reflect lunch or any breaks taken. Make sure to save often. It is not friendly to those who are hourly, as it does not like to log or reflect 8 hour vacations. (Max was 5 hours.) Often I was calling HR to amend my hours on vacation manually, as I could not enter them in Workbrain, without getting an error message and the site refusing to submit or save my entries. Pros The site layout is clean and minimalist. It is fairly easy to add time periods to each day to account for the hours worked. Once time frames are entered, the site calculates the hours quickly to reflect the total worked each day and week. Cons The site is not friendly to those who are hourly and take vacation. (It defaults to 5 hours or less for vacation when an employee has been allowed to take 8 hour day vacations and note it as such.) Initially it is difficult to understand how to create a new block of time, until one uses the site for a bit. Sometimes it is difficult to log into and one has to change browsers to get it to operate correctly. Thankfully, workbrain was very intuitive. Cons The multiple check boxes can confuse the user and may seem like hours have been approved but have not been.
