" November 28, 2022 5.0 Our bookings have increased for 31% due to better online visibility. This software saves us at least 1 person in the reservations team as it is fully automated. Pros The best thing is that OTASync is user friendly and accurate. It supports full 360 environment (PMS, booking engine and channel management ) so our hotel can run flawlessly. They also offer free Google implementation. Cons There is nothing we don't like. All our suggestions they take as feedback and very often they implement the function. Review Source VM Valentina M. Pros Personally, I really loved the booking engine design and how it helped me convert more bookings!
