Our bookings have increased for 31% due to better online visibility. This software saves us at least 1 person in the reservations team as it is fully automated.

Pros

The best thing is that OTASync is user friendly and accurate. It supports full 360 environment (PMS, booking engine and channel management ) so our hotel can run flawlessly. They also offer free Google implementation.

Cons

There is nothing we don't like. All our suggestions they take as feedback and very often they implement the function.

Since we started usind OTA Sync, our profit increased more than 30% on a monthly basis. Easy and simply access made it easier to adjust availability witch resulted with increased occupancy.

Pros

\-easy adjustment of prices and availability in real time -simple overview of reports and statistics

Cons

\-there is nothing that I don't like about OTA Sync

The flexible team that even went one step ahead and helped me to prepare some sales strategies, free of charge.

Pros

Personally, I really loved the booking engine design and how it helped me convert more bookings! Aside from that, PMS is easy to use, has all functions that I need to control 5+ units on one property,

Cons

Great design, easy to use, fast, reliable, good value for money, etc.

Pros

This software has helped me save time, I no longer have to do the administration manually, but the software does it for me! I have time to dedicate to other things, better sales and more dedication to guests! All recommendations!

Cons
