The test was really interesting to complete and fill up and I think it gave me a very good idea of how the job would look like on a daily basis.

Pros

The reminders per email I found them really helpful. I always got fast replies and the test was really good-going, clear instructed and easy to follow-up. The whole proccess felt safe and reliable. I found it really interesting to read and answers to all the possible scenarios in this role and I found it very informative. It will help me for sure really much for the next steps in my intervierws.

Cons

Maybe I would say that I didn't like very much that at the beginning it showed up that the camera could be needed, which wasn't at all and also that the test can last for 1 hour or so, which I think it's not so reliable because the test can be done way quicker.

This product makes the reference reporting process efficiency and expedient. It is a well thoughtful and elaborate design.

Cons

My overall experience was good, although the uploading portion could improve my rating from a 4 to a 5

Pros

It had a great user interface - I really liked how simple the screen was so there weren't many distractions while videoing. It was relatively easy to use too.

Cons

When you submit a video, it takes a while to upload and I got nervous that something was going wrong. A message indicating to the user to not refresh their page and to just wait would be good.

it was easy to undrestand, answer and navigate. the tool didn't freeze and runs properly. The response to the imput was also clear (when i clicked i saw the imput in the option i choose and also the record and uploead input was clear)

Pros

the Interface was so intuitive and clear, the way isntruction ans test were delivered was good. Also the performance and speed of the platform was great it doesn't take to much time to load information.

Cons

i consider the platform is ok. the test i took was so well designed, the UX/UI was easy to undrestand. Maybe any options for colour blind or dislexia option? maybe? i don't have any of that (well probalbi dislexia) but could be a good aseesment to had for people with colour blind, (even blind people) and dislexia conditions

it was an enjoyable experience which gave you the opportunity to self reflect and and evaluate your own skills and what might needs improvement on a professional level

The questions where very well structured and on point. The cognitive questions where challenging and the technical questions where fair

Cons

The timer is absolutely distracting and people who suffer from anxiety will be disqualified and in my opinion its not fair whilst that person could be absolutely amazing at the his or her job but my fail due to pressure

Hiring technique is good. Firstly, the assessment and then hiring process that involves interviews, this is ideal.

Cons

The questions from logical reasoning were quite hard, and very less time to solve. Otherwise, questions from other sections were good.
