Overall, I had a positive feeling about the tool, as it allowed me to do a quick test to assess my skills. Pros It is quick and easy to use. It is straightforward and doesn't take too much time, allowing a swift assessment of a candidate. Cons It's not particularly my preferred type of test, but having a hard-set timer feels like someone is watching over my shoulder all the time. However, one could argue that's also part of the evaluation. I feel there were just enough questions asked. Pros I like the fact the questions were easy to read, and the process was simple. I also like that fact that you're inquiring on what changes could or should be made. That speaks value in its self Cons I least like the timed questions, due to the fact that you never really know what the employer is looking for.
