Insteadof spending days chasing down calls or emails, i could just send out a link and get structured, insightful, feedbackwithin hours. Pros Hipeople process is smooth and respectful to candidates, which protects your employers brand. You get a more complete picture of the candidate, notjust how they performed in interviews. The time provided was more than enough and I didn't feel pressurised like with many other tools. The opportunity to re-record the video based questions was really helpful too. Cons There were some errors in the content, the example questions can be made better and possibly interactive for the user to test and get a feeling of the real thing.
