I think this is a great service. Pros The assessment was very thorough and had plenty of necessary things to inquire about. I also liked the time limits that were set. I thought they were appropriate. Cons Some of the answers were pretty black or white. There wasn’t a lot of gray area, if you will. Cons The time limit, especially with the worded problems. The test covered all the aspects of Software testing and other areas as well such as Logical reasoning. Pros Process was UI Friendly. I did not had these logical questions in the recent past. Kudos to all the people who worked on it. Cons I understand there is time constraint but some of the sections have more time than required and one particular section \[finding errors\] had very less time.
