Easy to use or navigate , colors look great, Im honestly really familiar with this type of websites and like I said, this one gave me calm.

Pros

that is not visually distracting, its gives you calm when navigating on it, its simple but useful, perfect to concentrate on the assessments.

Cons

I think that the font could be a bit more interesting I know that some fonts are really distracting but I mean.....there are at least 500 fonts that can be really pleasant to the eye .

Good. If the hiring managers used the tool, I bet the job search would be easier. Also, the time limit given is considerate.

Pros

The transparency. It's good to know that my answers will be the contributor to the job. Knowing that I will be evaluated based on my assessment is a good encounter.

Cons

I loved every moment of it. However, while answering the questions, the link would just go off, considering that the timer was on and counting.

Positive and would recommend to others. At first, I was anxious about the assessment. However, after startin,g I became comfortable that I could complete the questions.

Pros

The range and quality of the assessment tool. I enjoyed the type of questions and possible responses.

Cons

Some questions should have more time to complete. The set time to complete each question. These are the areas I did not enjoy with the process.

None much I can say for now. However, I liked the fact that they got back to me on time after my application for a job role, and also the fact that they communicated their assessment requirement well.

Pros

The assessment was good and felt very transparent. The questions were i had were quite straight forward and also required some level of speed and accuracy.

Cons

There seemed to be an unclear communication of the assessment timing. A part said 10 minutes while another said 15 minutes.

great process and easy to get through and it really makes you think overall about the reference you are giving.

Pros

I liked the thought provoking questions and details to the persons skillset. I really had to think about the referral overall and be direct and honest.

Cons

LinkedIn verification process I wouldn't trust providing my login with so many security risks and issues. I deleted my Linkedin because it's not useful and therefore I couldn't verify employement.

This tive of interview took me by surprise but i had to take my chanses. It also taught me a lesson to always be ready when ookibg for a job.

Pros

The interview is relevant to the kob advertised and eye opening to me for next preparation meaning i was my learning curve.

Cons

Questioning style is great and firectly focused on obes daily work and challenges. The responce was very quick.

Very intuitive and interesting. So very different from other assessments to at I have taken in the past making it more fun and challenging to do.

Pros

The need for fast thinking and adaptability to something different. Have taken several assessment tests but this one stood out from all the others.

Cons

Nothing. I feel it was just right in innovation, ease of response and thinking outside the box. Enjoyed the test very much and would definitely recommend to others.

Normally it's kind of annoying when someone asks for a recommendation and the process is tedious. HiPeople make it really easy.

Pros

The UI is polished and simple, which made the entire experience more enjoyable. The flow of the questions was smooth and I was able to quickly breeze through the recommendation process.

Cons

I didn't notice any issues worth noting, overally it was a really really really really greate process.

Pros

Great hiring experience. I was hired using Hi people but also gave a review for someone. I would use them again.

It is an user friendly application. I did not encounter any freezing or lagging while answering questions.

Pros

The ease of transition between questions. The platform was organized and clearly had the submit/next button where you could easily locate. I also appreciate the timer showing throughout the exam.

Cons

I overall felt good using the software. My only suggestion is when the video portion displayed the question disappeared and i had to go off memory to avoid hitting the back button.
