It is an user friendly application. I did not encounter any freezing or lagging while answering questions.

Pros

The ease of transition between questions. The platform was organized and clearly had the submit/next button where you could easily locate. I also appreciate the timer showing throughout the exam.

Cons

I overall felt good using the software. My only suggestion is when the video portion displayed the question disappeared and i had to go off memory to avoid hitting the back button.

My overall experience with HiPeople has been a positive one. This was my first time using one of the products. Despite previous instruction, I was able to navigate seamlessly.

Pros

The interface is user friendly and a pleasure to use. I am completely satisfied with my most recent experience!

Cons

I least liked having windows automatically appear in full screen mode. I would have liked to have the option to maximize if desired versus minimizing, though it did not detract from the overall experience.

The test questions are intuitive and blend and array of questions that test your awareness, numeracy, logical reasoning and analytical aptitude within time constraints

Cons

At times the layout of the questions were a bit misaligned and the text felt a bit small when trying to digest the challenges presented. This can create a bit of strain on the candidate

Overall, it was clear on how to navigate the test. The instructions, interface were very easy to handle.

Pros

The interface was easy clear to use. The instructions given prior to the assessments were highly valid, and gave a heads up before the assessment.

Cons

I am not satisfied with the questions asked for the assessment. This could be company oriented. Though the assessment did test the required skills for the work, the questions were very straightforward. Also, a summary of all sections of the assessment could be given in the beginning as the taker would be prepped for the time he needs to spend.

What I liked most about HiPeople was the easiness of navigating through the questions. It saves time and keeps the process simple, which is ideal for busy professionals.

Cons

This is not a drawback but I feel one minor limitation is that once you select an option in a mcq, there’s no way to unselect it. Having an option to deselect a choice would make the experience more flexible.

It was pretty good and pretty unobtrusive. I like it when these kinds of sites are simple, so that they don't distract for the main purpose.

Pros

The user interface and user experience were pretty neat, the visibility was great, the fonts are big, and the layout is simple.

Cons

It freezes a little when you're uploading a video. It makes it seem like the site froze completely or something. A warning would be nice.
