Pros

Easy to use, and clear directions. I knew what was expected at each section. The layout was functional.

Broad questions and very specific topics. I wish the topics were shared prior to the evaluation for a refresher.

Overall was a great experience and very smooth reference process. Super intuitive and user friendly as well!

Pros

Very streamlined experience to review a colleague and targeted questions felt holistic in evaluation--also the optionality for voice and video reviews was awesome as well!

Cons

Nothing stood out! I think some more clarity on timeline and more reminders would have been helpful but overall good experience. The email did go to spam initially so if there's a way circumnavigate that, would have been easier.

Pros

The efficiency in receiving the request for a reference and how detailed the reference check was. Really made me think about my answers.

Cons

It made me think deeply about how to answer the questions, especially the one that asks you to choose the best characteristics.

My overall experience with HiPeople was great. Question construction is well articulated. I only had one complaint. Otherwise, I was entirely satisfied with everything else.

Pros

The questioning quality is top notch. Every test was well orchestrated.

Cons

The timers need to be improved by adding at least 5 more minutes for the long multiple-choice tests. Beating a 5-minute timer on a test that has 25 questions is not fair.

My first try at completing the interview ended prematurely because I did the interview on my phone and I got a call so the video part of the interview timed out I think

How it was able to ask relevant questions in a timely manner. Some of the earlier questions gave insight on what the job entails.

Cons

The length allowed for some of the questions wasn’t long enough. There should be more time allowed for harder questions

It was and hassle-free. I did not face any issue at all while completing the process. The page design is also good.

Pros

I found the pages very smooth and fast. I didn't have to type anything twice, and most of the questions were mcqs which help a lot.

Cons

Can break the descriptive question into several objective ones. People are more willing to participate if they can finish a feedback fast.
