practical and to the point, the platform is easy to use, it addresses the required topics to asses according to each profile

Pros

Easy platform, good communication, a diverse variety of tests, really interesting case solving, and also agile thinking scenarios.

Cons

Lack of a B plan for video-recording and microphone recording. I had trouble in between my external HD camera, google chrome and sound settings.

I enjoyed doing the test, I appreciate that it's fast and not time-consuming and complies fully with the objective to evaluate the candidate

Pros

It's a very complete test, I consider that every aspect have been considered and it doesn't take an enormous amount of time to finish it. It's thoughtful and precise.

Cons

May have left some other aspects aside, like personal aspects not only related to the labor environment, but in general, it complies with the objective

Time consuming and informative. It is time consuming, brainy questions, requires a lot of logical thinking. It is also informative and educative. Testing your level of intelligence quotient.

Pros

Exploring other fields of study which is encouraging. Testing your skills of patient and testing your excellence skills on social skills, digital skills.

Cons

Its tactical questions, time consuming, not a fast tracking answers, having you engaged with other data you are not aware of.

Overall is good but personally i had interruptions and could not pause, but overall the experience and quality of the questions was great.

Pros

It works well on every main browser and has really good questions, not that simple to complete, no issues were experienced.

Cons

Would be good to have the hability to pause the test and ressume later, the tests take too long and you could have some interruptions.

Overall, it was satisfactory. The instructions were easy and on point allowing the test takers to easily understand and navigate the page with an ease.

Pros

It contains passages that are relatable. The contents showed real scenarios which provide the test takers a sense of involvement in making decisions when answering.

Cons

At the end of the test, results are not posted. I think if test takers could view the result or the answers, it would help them reassess themselves and ultimately could do better.

My assessment by HiPeople was thorough and I was impressed by the clarity of the questions as well as the diversity in the compilation of the assessment

Cons

I would have liked to have more time to conclude the more difficult assessments - but that's exactly why there is such an assessment I presume...??

It was very good, I think it measures your knowledge without taking a large amount of time, it is very direct and easy to use.

Pros

It is very easy to use and very intuitive, the interface is very simple and direct.

Cons

The camera controls and mic had a minor bug during the interview, I had to refresh the page a while recording my answer.

The experience was straightforward, the instructions were explained clearly, and it was seamless to work through.

Pros

It allows the candidate to evaluate the kind of role they have applied for. It gets one thinking on their feet. From the recruiter's perspective, this is an incredible tool to sift through potential candidates.

Cons

The countdown clock on the numerical section could be longer, perhaps pushing it up to 10 minutes. I understand the purpose is to determine how fast a candidate can think, but the countdown is too tight.

Pros

The different test throughout the assessment were great. Offering different types of test instead basic questions is a good way to guage potential employee's abilities.

Cons

There were issues regarding allowing permissions when you get to the video portion.

It was a straightforward process. It did not take much time to complete, and the questions answered are catered towards the position I am being interviewed for.

Cons

Being that this was my first time using HiPeople, I would say that my experience was positive, and I would recommend it to others.

Pros

HiPeople was very easy to use, and the questions were very thorough. I did not believe that it was a very lengthy process to answer the questions.

Cons

The spell check does not work. Plus, you are not able to access any other applications during the process.
