This was the best assessment I have taken as a job searcher. The UX of the assessment was simple to follow, and the questions were relevant to the job I was applying to. I enjoyed taking the assessment and grading myself as I went. It helped me to know my qualities as well. Pros It was not a drawn-out assessment and got to the point to access qualities, characteristics, and skills. Cons I was not prepared to do a video recording, so my appearance was not very professional. I would have liked the typing part to make more sense as well it was hard to follow. Gave a time limit so there was no room for over thinking an answer and to keep other perspective candidates room to cheat. Cons Wish there was a little more time given for the discrepancy analysis. Feel like just a tad more time could help especially on the questions to see which sequence of symbols is different than the others.
