Applying is usually a hassle because there are so many questionnaires, different platforms for video/audio/survey, and it's tiring to keep up. HiPeople put everything together and made it easy. Pros It is easy to use, loaded quickly, and had a clean interface. I did not feel overwhelmed by the platform. Pros This is a test that measures different skills of the candidate, so it is very comprehensive and applies to several jobs. Cons The sound of the record was not very good. The description of the assessment was clear with examples provided, the questions were easy to understand, the passages were not too lengthy considering the timed nature of the assessment, and the multiple-choice aspect made it easier to complete the assessment quickly. Pros I liked that the description of the assessment was clear and that an example was provided to easily understand the nature of the questions that will be asked. Cons The questions asked were a bit repetitive, I think there could have been some variety in the type of questions asked and what they wanted to examine from the user, to test their abilities in more depth.
