Pros Their assesment was clear and fun, the video answers allows you to record and watch after, so you can retry once you'e got your ideas together. Cons There was nothing I could dislike about the process, the only thing I did not got clear was if the time of the first part was still running for the next, and it wasn't. But that's all. Whether I'm successful or not, I will know that at least I gave it a shot and put my best foot forward and that they gave me a fair chance. (: Pros I appreciate that they do their due diligence in the selection of potential candidates. Cons The recording I had to do at the end was difficult for me because I don't like being on video, but at least it gave me the opportunity to show some of my personality and took me out of my comfort zone.
