The only issue I can find is that some of the questions seem outdated, and that they cannot really measure one's full potential, for example, this lacks of emotional intelligence metrics, people skills, human quality and creative potential. Pros The assessment was challenging and fun, it took me out of my comfort zone, but I enjoyed it. Cons The questions asked were a bit repetitive, I think there could have been some variety in the type of questions asked and what they wanted to examine from the user, to test their abilities in more depth.
