The platform is excellent, very easy to use and continuously improved. The team listens to what we need for our processes and strategies to be even more successful and releases new updates to address the matter. They get back to recruiters and candidates really quickly if they are contacted directly. It's a very helpful, motivated, and well-connected team that's great to work with. Pros Very valuable insights can be gathered using the software, ease of use is a key feature, the support from the HiPeople team is great and they are constantly working on improving the tool and implementing exciting new features. It also saves a lot of time and money. Cons It took a bit longer for some employees to get used to the software due to new updates that were introduced during the implementation phase. The HiPeople team are fantastic to work with- they answer our questions incredibly quickly and are really friendly! Pros The convenience- it's the simplest way to conduct fair and detailed references. The interface is extremely simple and customizable so you know you're getting the most accurate results from your candidate's references.
