Really good - they wanted to handhold on the onboarding, but I've used this system in a previous company for 12 years, so it wasn't necessary. They're very thorough!

Pros

Really simple way to keep track of documents, policies signed, and employee data. Employees find it easy to use too. The price is also really reasonable!

Cons

It would be simpler to have a send invite button, rather than deleting and re-inputting email addresses, but it isn't a huge issue!

Easy to use tool with automation functions to make your life easier. Good integration between other access tools.

Pros

I think the cost per person is decent. Integrates well with Payroll and other Access tools. Has everything you need from a HR perspective

Cons

I had some issues with the customer service. After raising a complaint they have been really good since.

Very positive - it's lessened some of the burden we feel when managing staff holiday accrual and absences

Pros

Ease of use - and visibility to key management team members - instead of one person presiding over the data

Cons

Some of the note-taking elements and file saving after meetings can feel a little clunky - as such we don't really use these features

Varied. All is good until something goes wrong or needs a little more from the system. Anything 'outside the box' is just not feasible.

Pros

Covers core HR functionality and is secure. Provides good basic reporting. However, any personalised reporting is limited as you cannot create query using all the fields and the boolleon algebra is limited.

Cons

Service response is terrible and only had response once a complaint was raised. There is no clear place to raise a complaint. Took loads of emails and phone calls to get a response. Cannot do some basic reporting

Amazing. This company is great to work with and nothing seems too much trouble. All team members I have spoken to have been attentive and have kept me updated.

Pros

Ease of use and friendly sales staff. Our demo was great with Gareth showing me how things worked and what it could do for the business. Once he had demo'd it he told me the price per user and it was amazing value! It has allowed each of my staff to book holiday and timesheets easily, either online or via the app saving time and stress. We have only really faced one problem and the team were brilliant and fixed it in no time at all, keeping me updated at all times.

Cons

The addition of projects is a a little annoying but in PeopleHRs defence I'm not sure it could be made simpler. After a while you get used to it.

Positive experience, a good HR system which you can adapt to make it work for you while still being a simple user friendly system. There are some limitations but the team are helpful and responsive.

Pros

It's a simple, user friendly system. This makes the implementation and roll out a smoother and quicker process as it is easy for employees to understand and engage with. I like the logbook function which allows you to determine the data you want to store and report on. The report builder allows you to report on any data in the system and create filters to narrow down the reports as you need. A really helpful function is that these reports can be turned into live spreadsheets that update each time you open them. This allows you to share the data with other teams without changing the PeopleHR access. The PeopleHR team have always been easy to get hold of and quick to respond to any raised cases.

Cons

Limited ability to amend/edit the fields on the dashboard or employee profile. This comes with being a simple and off the shelf option, which we wanted and has it's pros.
