People HR has made HR and staff performance management simple and easy to monitor and manage - a big marginal gain for our company!

Pros

Streamlines our HR processes Monitoring and measuring made easy Tasks quick to set up Dashboard shows a great snapshot Easy to manage Great customer support from People HR Great reports which we can adapt for our company's needs

Cons

Notifications we receive by email include completed tasks - but this could be down to user not understanding how to use the system effectively.

Very happy with Will in support to help sort out our integration with Greenhouse.

Pros

I like how customer service is pretty on point and how a lot of data is available to you, when you take the time to learn about the system.

Cons

PeopleHR is not very flexible. For example: you cannot remove items from a self-populated drop-down if previous employees (leavers) still carry one of those items on their name. Or: department, salary and line manager is in 'personal' rather than in 'employment'.

Reliable platform for HR deparment

Pros

Provides all key options to support HR functions. Applicant tracking, employee tracking and more. Set up process is straight forward.

Cons

Customer support could respond a bit faster. Document storage could use some work. Extra fields and more customization would be beneficial as well.

It would be great if it could interface with SAGE VIP.

Pros

The reports The Dashboard The ripple for onboarding and off-boarding The recruitment tool and how you can link it to the companies website.

Cons

The one think I don't like about people HR is that it does not work together with Payroll systems such as SAGE VIP and in our organisation we find that the leave is a nightmare...mainly because SAGE VIP accrues every month as per company policy but the People HR does not accrue.

Pros

The customer service is fantastic! Always on hand to help, easy to set up and use, no lengthy sign up contract like a lot of the companies I spoke to! Really like the document tab, I've uploaded all our policies and procedures and staff can electronically sign them, less paperwork is always a win!

Cons

Find it difficult to view the workforce holidays at a glance, doesn't automatically connect with Slack but to be fair you can use an API key to integrate them.

Pros

Interface is intuitive; report building functionality is powerful; built-in defaults are well considered so many elements can be used without need for customisation. Could be used to cover Europe (and possibly other geo's) with little tweaking.

Cons

Some functionality not available e.g. separate data fields for notice period (resignation v dismissal), automatic update based on statutory minimum, and similar. Note I have not seen competitors offer this either.

Pros

This has all the functionality you would want from a HR system and the ability for it to grow to suit the needs of your business and in line with changing technology. It looks great and is so easy to use and navigate.

Cons

There is much more development in the pipeline which is great for the future which perhaps you'd want here and now but these things take time and it is being developed based on the wants, needs and desires of businesses who use the system.

Pros

PeopleHR is a nice software, easy to use, that works in different modules depending on the need of the company, the interface is pleasant and it make it easier to navigate, mobile app is available and works great.

Cons

PeopleHR is a great tool but, it can be quite limited in certain areas and it appears difficult to "make exceptions" for only certain employees. It's just bulk action for everyone. (Example: activate expenses module just for certain employees)

We are a Group of technology businesses, with staff spanning 4 continents. This system has genuinely revolutionised the way our HR department functions. It allows us to present ourselves internally as an innovative and modern business.

Pros

PeopleHR is intuitive and responsive and its features are regularly updated and improved. The Support function is fantastic, as are the 'How To' videos on You Tube.

Cons

If pushed, the only thing I would change is the way the org chart function is presented (it's a minor gripe!).

As a stand-alone Head of HR in a company of 45 staff, I needed software that could reduce the time I spent on admin. I've only been using People HR for 6 weeks or so and I am already experiencing the benefits of using the system. Our staff have responded to using it really well and because it is so easy to use, I haven't needed to spend time with them to train them on using it.

Pros

\- The most comprehensive software for our budget - Great value - Ease of use - Excellent features - Aesthetically pleasing - Automation module is awesome!

Excellent System

Pros

Performance Review; Training Effectiveness; Probation; Holiday Requests System is Easy to customize

Cons

Holiday Entitlements vary from country to country and some times we have to adjust the holidays manually. For example in January next year we will have to add the remaining holidays for this year as it seems that the system will not recognize or will not move the remainings holidays. Maybe there is a way to do it. I still have to explore more the system.

for a small business that badly needed some rigor around its people information, this system is hard to beat. functionality for the price is exceptional and the company is very customer focused in sales and support.

Pros

this system is simple to implement and seriously cost effective for small businesses that otherwise would be doing things manually!

Cons

so far I do not have many cons to report. The home page info graphic is a little overwhelming at first, but I am getting used to it!

The Customer Service helpline team and very friendly, very knowledgeable and a delight to contact. The ATS app gave me cause to call them several times over the period of three days - they were very helpful :-)

Easy to use app (although the ATS needs a little practice!) - Info all in one place

Some sections are quite closed off not allowing you to input your own data which can be fustrating at times.

Great site with easy reporting function. All the sections you need to manage a HR function successfully.

Pros

Great easy to use software and excellent customer service. Always on hand to help. The reporting process is easy to use and I love the bulk updates it allows me to do.

Cons

I don't really have any negatives to say. But I would personally put all job information i.e. salary, job title, reporting line etc. under employment rather than personal.

Some of the information is not kept up to date, which is the responsibility of the HR department.

Pros

It allows easy access to previous appraisals, 121's and company documents. Having a complete overview of my team is fantastic. The task facility is very useful.

Cons

I'm not too sure what 'Bulk Actions' is for and it's not configurable. The reporting function has limited value and is not configurable. The 'Holiday Outlook' option is useful only.

Pros

Very easy to use, helpful advice from support team, employees love the App for booking holiday. The software is regularly developed and updated to bring further efficiencies and they're genuinely interested in user feedback.

Cons

Implementation could be better advised/directed and possibly the cost of training the administrator absorbed into the costs to enhance the overall experience.

Looking forward to continuing using this system. Customer service and help has been excellent during our trial with answers to any queries within moments on live chat.

Cons

Thought that performance module was included in base rate, but that is my mistake. Would be good for other staff to be able to see others holiday before booking theirs. Would be beneficial for staff to be able to see my holiday on planner also.

Cons

Trying to login from google search - can never find my URL. I have to log in through own company system.
