All the sections you need to manage a HR function successfully. Pros Great easy to use software and excellent customer service. Always on hand to help. The reporting process is easy to use and I love the bulk updates it allows me to do. Cons I don't really have any negatives to say. But I would personally put all job information i.e. salary, job title, reporting line etc. under employment rather than personal. Review Source SM Stuart M. Pros It allows easy access to previous appraisals, 121's and company documents. Having a complete overview of my team is fantastic. The task facility is very useful. Cons I'm not too sure what 'Bulk Actions' is for and it's not configurable. The reporting function has limited value and is not configurable. The 'Holiday Outlook' option is useful only. We have received many positive comments from users since rolling out. The software is regularly developed and updated to bring further efficiencies and they're genuinely interested in user feedback. Cons Thought that performance module was included in base rate, but that is my mistake. Would be good for other staff to be able to see others holiday before booking theirs. If I move companies and need to choose a HR system again from scratch I'd definitely consider PeopleHR Pros Easy to use, quite self explanatory, videos are quite helpful. Sending our Privacy Notice to all employees to sign has been a great way of getting everyone to read it and be able to run a report of who has/hasn't signed it. Reporting is really good, I like the instant reports and being able to create and save queries to run any time without having to remember what you wanted in the first place Cons Individuals can't add lieu time to be authorised by their manager, HR have to do it via a 'work around' so they can request the time off. Sometimes it's hard to explain what you need via the web chat/email, calling is probably better Review Source PG Patrick G. Cons The only problem we've found is that it's not particularly easy to track holiday for part time team members. Pros The best thing about this product is the ability to bring most of our HR needs into one cloud based platform. The speed with have been able to implement this has been unbelievable and the simplicity and ease to use was great. Cons This product could really do with a scheduling module to bring it up to speed with more of it's competitors. However I assume this would drive up costs. Review Source DH Danny H. Employees are more engaged and buyers are subsequently more happy meaning sales are up. After using PHR for over one year we can really see the difference in all departments Cons Can't really say too many negative things about PHR. Great planner layout for ease of reference on team leave. Love the thanks badges! Think they're a great idea and really fit in with our company's culture. Cons Queries can be very confusing and you can't order the columns of information. We can't use all the functions because they don't work for our structure. It empowers our staff to manage their own holidays and get a good overview of any lateness or illness to be able to monitor it. It helps our managers keep a close eye on their team and keep on top of 121s, return to work forms and lateness. The product is very easy to use, well priced and I don't find that I am working for the system - it works for me!! The training day was well structured and my queries were answered. Everyone I have spoken to at People HR has good knowledge of the product. It will certainly add value to our HR function and management team. Cons One slight annoyance with the planner is everytime you open it, it opens the current month. I would prefer it if it didnt do that. Cons Only some areas are not too obvious to find such as being able to see all of your team's time off on one page.
