Sometimes notifications take long to get to the staff member's inbox. However they say they are fine with it

Overall an excellent system - we are not using it to its full potential yet but look forward to rolling out lots more features soon.

Pros

All the useful features, consolidating all HR documents and reporting into a single system. User-friendly, excellent app. Excellent help function and quick help responses via live chat.

Cons

A few of the ways you can view data are a bit clunky and could be made clearer - eg. it would be nice to view the calendar for the full year in one glance, without having to click into each month and each person to see the full range of holiday booked.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of People HR is that it is quite simple and easy to use. When it comes to HR softwares, employees usually want a user-friendly tool with many functionalities, and People HR largely satisfies that need. We particularly love a Thanks tool that helps give some recognition to colleagues.

Cons

The software is designed mostly for the UK and is not much flexible to change for another countries. For instance, it is not really adapted for specific types of holidays that we have in Europe (RTT in France, although, we found our way using TOIL instead:)

I've used a lot of People Data Management Systems across my time, but this is definitely the most user-friendly I have come across.

Pros

Countless pros with the system: Easy to use Videos explain everything Easy data upload Great help when setting it up

Cons

You could have one master document for the data upload as there is a lot of copy and paste involved along the way.

A fantastic product that greatly improves our existing HR processes. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent

Pros

Fantastic feature set, offering a cohesive and single solution to HR issues, from staff holidays through to disciplinary case management. Flexible enough o accommodate unique processes/data storing, and a consistent interface throughout.

Cons

Would prefer a more simplified view for staff. Sometimes it feels like views were just modified to take data out from the more richly developed managers sections.

PeopleHR cares about their customers and it shows with how easy it is to drop them a line; just open chat box once logged in found bottom right, input your issue, supply an email and they will get back to you shortly.

Pros

My account is secure on PeopleHR with MFA - customer service acts fast if an issue arises. I like that it's easy to backdate for holidays taken as well in case of taking time off due to emergencies.

Cons

A method to reset MFA yourself does not exist yet. The time-off icon on calendars is denoted by a plane which doesn't always make sense.

Pros

The product is incredibly flexible and can handle anything we throw at it. The reporting is excellent and if we ever get stuck support are quick to help. It has a very easy interface that ensures staff can use the system without too much training. Our favourite features are the reporting, the electronic signatures and document flow/storage.

Cons

So far not a lot to complain about. Occasionally the page freezes but if it is reloaded it all works. Would be good if work patterns could include unpaid time such as lunch.

Cons

Having to login every time on my mobile phone. The credentials should be saved for at least 45 days, and then could be postponed every login.

Sometimes I am not able to view pdf payslips on my phone. But this may be an issue with phone compatibility.

The integrated chat is extremely useful, with very competent people answering all your questions with great detail and in a short time.

Cons

Finding what you are looking for can be a bit messy, especially when setting up your profile in the first place, but it is understandable as there is a lot of information to provide. It would be perfect if it specified more clearly what each field is.

The product is very easy to navigate, it looks nice, it's user friendly and employees like it. There are many great features to the product that have made our lives as HR professionals very easy.

Cons

There are some functions within the system that are generic, it would be great if these could be tailored to fit your specific business. In saying that the other features outweigh this minor flaw

Pros

It is great that everyone is able to access the system remotely when they are home or out of the office. Being able to send documents to a new starter to sign makes our induction process a lot smoother.

Cons

It is not always clear as to where you can find every feature. We tend to train new starters on how to use the system as it is not always intuitive.
