Pros Nice and simple to use, very clear, easy access. Excellent for tracking training, reviews and policies. Another good feature is the ability to lock down parts like salary's for example for only certain members of staff to see. Particulary like the automated reminders. Documents are easily uploading by drag and drop also very handy having the e-sign option. The help chat box is a brilliant feature I'm still asking questions and learning about new features all the time. Pros All the useful features, consolidating all HR documents and reporting into a single system. User-friendly, excellent app. Excellent help function and quick help responses via live chat. Cons A few of the ways you can view data are a bit clunky and could be made clearer - eg. it would be nice to view the calendar for the full year in one glance, without having to click into each month and each person to see the full range of holiday booked. When it comes to HR softwares, employees usually want a user-friendly tool with many functionalities, and People HR largely satisfies that need. We particularly love a Thanks tool that helps give some recognition to colleagues. Cons The software is designed mostly for the UK and is not much flexible to change for another countries. From purchase, through setup and finally deployment the support was excellent Pros Fantastic feature set, offering a cohesive and single solution to HR issues, from staff holidays through to disciplinary case management. Flexible enough o accommodate unique processes/data storing, and a consistent interface throughout. Cons Would prefer a more simplified view for staff. Pros My account is secure on PeopleHR with MFA - customer service acts fast if an issue arises. I like that it's easy to backdate for holidays taken as well in case of taking time off due to emergencies. Cons A method to reset MFA yourself does not exist yet. The time-off icon on calendars is denoted by a plane which doesn't always make sense. Review Source BD Ben D. January 29, 2016 4.5 Pros The product is incredibly flexible and can handle anything we throw at it. The reporting is excellent and if we ever get stuck support are quick to help. It has a very easy interface that ensures staff can use the system without too much training. Our favourite features are the reporting, the electronic signatures and document flow/storage. Cons So far not a lot to complain about. Occasionally the page freezes but if it is reloaded it all works. Would be good if work patterns could include unpaid time such as lunch.
