### "Very useful customer service"

Having a team of people you can speak to online is much easier than having to call a customer support team.

Pros

I was helped very swiftly and had both of my queries answered in a concise and effective way. The person was polite and offered even more help than I needed.

Cons

I couldn't initially find the option to take a different type of leave. I hunted around for a while but it seemed fairly hidden.
