The planner - being able to see who is also off when deciding whether to approve holidays.

The Iphone App won't even download the application.

Had some set up issues, but the People HR team were very prompt to help me get it sorted in a timely fashion so that the software could assist me with payroll preparations a few days later.

Pros

its brings all the staff together in one place for information to be shared with the relevant people with just a few clicks.

Cons

Functionality between several different business being operated by the same people, but I understand this is being improved.

Having a team of people you can speak to online is much easier than having to call a customer support team.

Pros

I was helped very swiftly and had both of my queries answered in a concise and effective way. The person was polite and offered even more help than I needed.

Cons

I couldn't initially find the option to take a different type of leave. I hunted around for a while but it seemed fairly hidden.
